Materials The skeleton of the boat is precision-cut from high-quality plywood. The hull is meticulously built by placing the first layer of planks one by one over the skeleton, then beautifully finished with premium teak wood and a rich natural protective wash mimicking ancient cedar. Detailed fittings include solid brass accents and custom fine wooden blocks. The single majestic sail and complex rigging are crafted from cotton and nylon, then finished with premium beeswax for maximum durability.
